My Blue Valentine week with...MICHELLE WILLIAMS

You can choose to be whoever you want....JUMANJI: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE

Who would actually think that we would need a sequel for a story that originally was made as a short book. But as we are running out of ideas and nostalgia these days is on top of everyone looking to make some cash out of it, looking back to one of the most fun, original and successful movies from 1995, it wouldn't shock us to be entertained by a sequel, specially after the dinosaurs already made a great come back, so why the story of a board game that as you play gets you immerse in it, literally, bringing the jungle to you, as you find your way to escape each challenge alive, as you keep playing as if the jungle just invade your home, while with every change you'll learn more about yourself and what you really are capable of with the help of the other players, learning how to work as a team with strangers and make a sort kind of bond with them. So with that said, now what? Is it the same story just re telling it from a new group of players with new challenges bringing back the most fascinating board game ever played? Well, yes and no, "JUMANJI: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE" (2017) is more a sequel than a remake and because of that tries to reach the new generations evolving the same way they did through all these years, to tell another story based on the new players and the challenges they will have to go through and the life lesson that playing this game will be for anyone. And for so, back in 1996 after the game was threw away for it's last group of players, now lays on the beach trying to find a new player under the rhythm of it's drums, just like a snake's tale warn you about the danger you might get it, but at the same time awakening that curiosity to know where do they come from. And you will if you there to open that box and roll the dices.

But at this point young people doesn't play board games anymore. Video games have come to stay and make a change, so now every teenager is obsessed with this new type of games and because this particular game is nothing like you ever had seen before, realizes that, and so will evolve to reach it's target, so now hides in the shape of a video game and will come for his first victim leading it to vanish in an old basement for decades until in present time, a group of teenagers have to pay time in detention after school and will run into it, and who doesn't feel like playing a vintage video game right? Let's say that this group certainly is up for the challenge. But who are they? First we met Spencer, the geek of the group. A teenager that spends it's free time playing video games hiding from his unpopular life at school, where he is just another nerd that trying to connect with the popular guys helps them by doing their assessments so they might invite him to hang with them sometime. And such an attractive character couldn't be a better fit to be the leader of the group as   most of the guys who play video games and board games feel like isolated from the rest, embracing their geekness and love for all the material that fiction brings to them, usually making them good at school but sadly as we all know, not so good when it comes to popularity. But he is not the only one, There is also Jeanette, another misfit, just that this one is proud of be different and out of the social context. She sees herself as a smart independent woman that goes to school to study, learn new things and prepare herself for a better future, reason why can't understand why she should mingle and socialize. She can do better and look better but it's matter of she putting herself out there and try, which is not the case here.

Even Spencer has noticed her but she really doesn't care. She hides this insecurity behind her desire to learn. That's why she couldn't be more different at first look than Bethany. The popular chic that spends hour either at her phone or at taking care of herself. Representing all what being a millennial means for the new generations worrying more about the likes and looks of their Instagram account that actually having a life or real interactions with other people if it's not through their phone, making her look just as beautiful as she wants to be with all the filters possible but not because people actually notice her when she is around, giving to popularity a new meaning and proving that these days without a phone you are no one. And last we have Blain, the jock and nemesis of Spencer, that only uses him to get his homework done and not having to worry about it focusing in chasing girls and play sports, which could be all the stereotype of what a jock does, but he's not that popular either, just because of what we just mentioned, and he tries to, but in a sense of enjoying the feeling of being admire by others and why not?, have the girls making a line after you. But none of them would ever be friends of the other because of their own agenda being so different from each other, even they actually can be of some sort of help with what the other is missing. But social status always matters as it seems, and especially in high school. Some things will never change. But never is too late to get into a life changing adventure that will turn things out and re discover yourself while having some fun and get to know other people that might be too different from you to hang with but at some circumstances you might discover things in common and as they say, opposites attract.

So the real magic and fun begins once these four characters sign in for a match at an old video game that keeps inviting them to join, only thing they need to choose an character to play and so things get interesting as we already seen in the preview, when the geek's avatar is a big muscular doctor with strength and speed and no weakness, and the shy girl becomes a sexy female warrior, the jock ends a short guy that serves as a valet to carry the guns with no abilities other than being a zoologist expert but with multiple weaknesses, and lastly, the pretty girl chooses a professor, the smart one, turning her into an obese middle age man. All this avatar switch ups set up the plate for a fun ride where each one of them will re discover who they really are while trying to survive and work together. As a family movie, bringing the characters into a virtual world instead of the imaginary world coming out of the game will let the audience submerge into the real feeling of being trapped somewhere searching for the way out, while in the original film, the fact that the jungle will keep invading you made it a more scary and excited setting because you were already at home, there is no place to escape but keep playing or your life will be destroyed. Here feels more like any other adventure, as if trapped in a island with a bunch of savage and wild animals was an original idea, but what makes it pleasant is the journey of each character, because we have in display two of the most popular comedians in modern Hollywood, Jack Black and Kevin Heart, serving the story with such a light familiar fun that will make you laugh out loud, while action star turned celebrity/ actor, The Rock, brings the action to the screen balancing it perfectly for a fun ride for all ages.

And if all that wouldn't be enough, we get a short appearance of sex symbol turned singer (or maybe the other way), Nick Jonas, for the eye candy, playing the role that made the late Robin Williams a classic in the original movie, as the first victim from the game that got trapped for years inside the game trying to find a way out. But now that all the players are in, is time for them to finish this game as they advance from level to level (instead of moving pieces on the board), and things get more and more complicated. It's when they finally realized that helping each other and putting their differences on the side might get them win. Each one has their avatars skills, which are very different from real life and while for some this might be a dream came true, for others might be their worst nightmare, but maybe that is the only way to put yourself in perspective and realize that you can actually be whatever you want, you just need to own it, and put all those labels on the side so you can actually look through without any filter or camera but as real and transparent as it is. And how many times do we just settle expecting things to happen instead of trying as if would be another opportunity like a video game where you can have an extra life or keep playing endless. In real life we only get one life and it's what we do with it what matters and there is no time to waste but putting it to a test and keep trying, because we'll fail but there is no game over until is over. We should be better keep trying rather than sit and watch it go by just wondering what it could be, playing mind games. Life is already a game that won't stop or wait for us to realize, so if you get to end in the jungle to feel alive and get you out of your phone and social labels even for two hours, it might be worth the trip as we just have one life and one time to be the avatar we've always wanted to be.

FUTURE MAN is...TIMELESS

One of humanity most challenging conflicts has been dealing with time. Is one of those factors in life that we all share and is always there, defining every moment of our lives, yet we can't control it and hardly understand it. Time lines had always fascinated scientist and nerds equally. So many theories of how to break them and make it through different ones but as of now, till no answers or at least nothing that has gone public. We all have a past, share a present and look for a future. We all stand at the same time, the right now, even if at different locations and we all come from the same past, that's why learning and understanding it helps to understand where we come from and where are we going to. But what if you could control it? This would give you a big advantage over anyone not to mention the fact that you can change things. Would you ever wished been able to change a situation, moment, time in your life where things happened that shaped the rest of it? Specially tragic circumstances, we'd love to make them right so we don't have to go through them, even some of them are challenges that we need to become stronger and be able to face whatever is in stock for us in the future, but who wants to lose someone or go through a terrible accident? But what if instead of just changing your life or the one of someone you love, you need to change the curse of humanity in order to save them all? What would you do if you have the chance to travel in time and be able to change the curse of things? Would you like to know what the future looks like for you or would you rather go back in time and change what is done to it make right or better? Well, just because this year is about to end and in order to get in the holiday mood, the perfect time for everyone to come with new resolutions about their past looking forward a better future, seems like the the right time to binge a couple of new shows that are all about their timing.

Let's start with the past, the all time fascination to explore history through traveling in time and be present when all these great moments happened and changed the curse of human kind.  "Timeless" (2016-current), is a new show from network NBC that has brought back that old feeling from mid century XX, when traveling in time was trending. This time we are back to basic  through an actual time machine, and everything starts once a mysterious criminal steals a government time machine that happens to be a secret of state, so with no clues other than the random stops in time that he's doing push the team to find a solution to stop him and get him back before he changes the present as we know it. Reason why they recruit a soldier, a scientist, and a history professor to travel in time and find this guy and stop him before all the time line is affected by his actions. But as we know travel time can be a very sensitive matter. Any detail, the most minimum fact, that is changed can carry a domino effect that could change big time the future. And this is the most fun part about this show, as every episode turns into a new quest through the major passages in history, where this trio will make jumps to find themselves in such relevant moments in the USA history like the assassination of Lincoln and Jesse James, The Alamo's battle, meeting Al Capone, Bonnie & Clyde, among others, all of them , kind of related to these characters that are not only facing this mission but their own agenda. Like Logan, the soldier, the one in charge of the security, and figuring out how to keep them out in trouble is the first one looking for a specific kind of trouble trying to make a stop in time and change the past so he can safe his wife from being murdered.

Even that he knows that this won't change this between his wife and him, he still feels guilty about what happened  to her so he needs to do that but soon he'll realize he can't change the past  and neither can do it by himself so will need some help from his new friends. And all of them also will learn that you can change this that easily, things happen for a reason, something that science still can't explain, but even if one event is changed, it will find a way to find to make it happen at the end, so maybe destiny exists or the real purpose is to figure out why it happened the first time. But because this is more a fun show than a deep drama things get complicated once they start making jumps in time to a point where the lives of these three characters start to be affected, specially for the professor, a young woman that now has lost her sister when trying to save her mother, so as they say, you can’t have it all. But the thief doesn’t know that so he’ll keep try to change things in the past for his own agenda even now the whole government agency is trying to catch him but now he also has made some allies that are helping him to get away with it. So if you a fan of time traveling and adventures while going through popular passages in time that would live it up their time to play with theories and ideas about different time settings and their influence in modern day as we all a consequence from all the actions that our ancestors made in the past. So nothing more exciting that a cat and mouse chase through time while the clock is ticking to avoid a major repercussion and while exploring different eras, also will take you to an introspective about your current life and how and why you ended in that place.

On the other hand we have a new series from the streaming network Hulu, “Future man” (2017-current), a comedy produced by actor Seth Rogen and his creative team, bringing up this sci fi comedy that serves as a parody as well to make fun of different cultural aspects of our era by using time traveling as a metaphor that will bring a new perspective for the audience following the mid ventures of a young man stuck in his life with no big plans for his future. Josh, played by actor Josh Hutcherson, is a  janitor by day and video gamer by night, reason why when finishing his favorite video game gets visited by two strangers from the future. The reason? That video game is actually used as a trainer for possible warriors able to save humanity in the future where thanks to a pandemic is now living in dystopian circumstances where a group of ciborgs are trying to end with humanity so the few left are working together as a resistance finding that the only solution is to go back in time to the point where everything started and prevent it from happen. Only thing is that now the future of human kind holds in hands of a man that has no clue about life much less about how to fight. But actually this clash of eras, work well to help each other to remind the other what they have forgotten because in the future they’ve been trying to survive that forgot to live and be human, missing every aspect of what makes us different from any other living kind, Love, kindness, laugh, purpose, compassion, friendship, among others and once they are stuck in this mission will realized what they are capable while still trying to stay true to themselves and the ones they left behind. But don’t forget this is a comedy, so behind all that deep thought hides a parody for every situation that will make you laugh while shake you a bit with some sarcasm and some political incorrect jokes that feel just like a slap in the face.

So while we care and get to like and know this two young soldiers from the future, we can’t forget that the story line is centered and about Josh, a loser that needs to prove to himself and everyone around him that he can do better. That he is here for something bigger than what he has now. He is just lost in the cover or a very supportive family that won’t push him hard enough so they can still have him living around them and with no major motivations other than what any other teenager could dream about, such as play video games and jerk off, he doesn’t see any potential for his own future. Until meeting these crazy guys from the future that keep trying to push him to help them to save human kind but as he keeps failure and they start losing faith in him he starts to feel more confident about himself and his own skills that actually might be the one able to save the day but not before getting into real problems and change the curse of history in different ways. And by this point we all know the basic rules about time traveling and how this show let himself to play with them while breaking and skipping some in service of a story that tries to be as funny as humanity sense of humor can be exposing all our flaws that while trying to reach a point in the future where technology over come us we are losing some qualities that define us while getting new flaws for the coming generations using science as an excuse for it so while at this point we can’t travel through time still we definitely can change the future by using our present to set the course in different directions that will take us to a better tomorrow not just for a few but the whole human kind and that is something that doesn’t need a fight for but a small change in everyone’s actions for a possibility and hope for the best because we all deserve better and we are here for more than what we are right now, a work in progress looking to explode it’s true potential. And that is the future.

We all need someone to hate....I, TONYA

They say there's always two sides of the story. And we all want someone to adore and someone to hate. Have you ever wonder how would feel to be a public figure and be in the spotlight? Adore by millions or hated for others, feeling loved and judge at every second. It's so tempting to feel attracted to that idea of being popular and accepted in a big scale, where every single action will be seen by everybody and your life won't be missed but will make every second count. The fantasy of a glamours life. Have people devoted to you, supporting you for what you do and love to do, which is what you do the best. Public life is that, no more privacy and every opportunity will make an excuse to feed that hungry for gossips and headlines where ordinary lives are forgotten to focus in others more interesting that will serve to keep the chain of attention and need of that desire and fulfill other's  fantasies. But because your life has become a product to sale, they will turn it into what the costumers need. If they are looking for someone to inspire them they will make you a hero but if they need a distraction, someone to take all their frustrations and anger, a villain will be born. Her name Tonya Harding. Her story: "I, Tonya" (2017), a powerful movie that follows her life through her uprising as a stellar ice skater and the well known incident that changed her life. Al this with a very comedic tone that flows around as a mockumentary to center on the facts and her life letting you be the judge of what really happened and realize how sometimes we are just poppets of destiny and we get caught in circumstances where the next move will define the rest of our lives as if all our past, present and future holds on to one moment. And then we get to play this character for the rest of our lives.

Terrifically performed by actress Margot Robbie, Tonya is a young woman that was born and raised in poverty by her mother, a very strict woman that will push her to hr limits so she can be the best at ice skating, but will always throw it to her face as a remembrance of what she has been doing for it, not letting her growing up as a normal kid but always over protecting her and keep her self esteem  down reflecting all the frustrations and anxiety of her own in her child unable to show any sign of affection to her, which turned into shaping a woman that won't know how to control her temper and will find ice skating as her only passion and way to escape, just because that's the only thing she knows and knows is well enough to feel she is good at something, reason why she will fight to become one of the best at it so she can get a ticket to qualify for the Olympics even her mother will do whatever is in her hands to bring her down and prove her wrong. Until she gets to meet a young man, Jeff,  that is fascinated by her when he stops by an sees her practicing. Asking her out will be the way to approach her as she seems not interested on him, but she's still young and idealistic and has never been asked on a date, so at her first date she has her mother joining them, and of course she won't like the guy because he is a no one. But Tonya liked him and will start dating. Reason why he will notice the bad influence her mother is to her and that the only way to make her going to the Olympics will be taking her out of her mother's house, and so they get married. But this is just the beginning of a very  dysfunctional relationship because he might look like a sweet, caring man but he has also an anger management problem.

But as many love stories, at the beginning everything is cottons and rainbows until reality hits and soon they'll find themselves fighting over their future because he wants to control her and be her first priority making it for her as a sweater change for one one controlling figure to other. But actually being by herself, away from all those influences on her, works just fine for her as she starts to be focused and performing better than never getting perfect scores and breaking records all the way in, until time to qualify for the Olympics comes and she faces a big obstacle that didn't see coming: the judges doesn't like her. Why? she's doing great and she's definitely one of the best of the country. Well that's for sure but she is the ugly duck of the competition. The rebel heart of the team. She's not representing the American dream or sweethearts that the world wants to see. What?? Shocking, right?!. You don't need to be the best but to fulfill a character, an idea, become a product that everyone will buy s you can get sponsored and prove the world how good you are at something. Sadly she's been forced to find a solution to this. She can't stop now when been this far. So she tries to approach her mom with no success reason why ends back with Jeff to prove she's a lovely wife and what they have is the perfect picture of an american family. And the trick works and her relationship with Jeff improves now that she knows him better and knows how to keep it calm and make that marriage work. But this is more a team work than a marriage, and he still cares for her but needs to control the situation reason why when at the Olympics her friend and team mate Nancy Kerrigan performs better, he comes up with a plan to persuade her: send her treating letters so she could quit the competition. But when you going to do something bad to someone, things might work against you and because all this people are just ordinary people with no education and just dreams and ideas of success, for Jeff things get out of control once he counts on his all time friend to help him sending this letters, situation that ends in the very well known incident where someone breaks Nancy's knee.

This event changed her life, her career and ended in court where a judge forbid her to perform or compete ice skating again. She has no education. All her life was invested in ice skating because she loves it and that was her ticket to by a life, be someone, be accepted and loved. And she tasted that glory and want it back but now is taken from her. She will end as her mother working as a waitress. With no future and knowing to do nothing her life means nothing for now. All the news and media turned her into the bad girl, a spoiled athlete that once couldn't perform as expected became crazy and attacked her friend and team mate, in a very violent way. While she knew about her husband plan, sh never wanted or expected to ended this way, hurting someone. No one did. But other took that decision from her and ruin her career. Not guilty, not a victim, Just someone fighting for a dream and while trying to hit back to life when, again, this one got tough to her, she played with fire and got burned because others sent her to the fire. First by being raised for someone that was not ready to be a mom, and decided to be a mom to fulfill her own needs and use it to take out all her frustrations in life. Parenting is about letting your children to make their own decisions and forge them to be able to make the best ones. Helping them to avoid the same mistakes that your parents did to you, not taking it against them for what they made you go through. To feed them with the courage and strength to fight and pursue their dreams. Celebrate their victories, not use them against them to prove them wrong. Show them how to love and be loved instead of go through life seeking this as a need to full fill a career. When we look out for acceptance and love from the crowds and the public eye, how does that speaks in terms of what we were missing back home?

Two other great performances come in form of the mother, performed by the always funny Allison Janney and Jeff, the husband, played by actor Sebastian Stan proving his potential as a serious actor in need of that exposure, taking us to their story to shake us with the bare reality of it while being entertained and touched making us wonder why for some reason we always forget all the things he hate the most from home so we end trapped in these relationships that reflects all those things that for so many years hurt us. It's like we are attracted to that, unconsciously,  until we realize it and might be too late. And that need of falling in love and being loved by someone as in the movies has turned into so many bad decisions that won't end well because we don't realize how bringing someone into our lives can change it, for better or worse. But at the end all this decision are all up on us. We can fix it. We can make it better ad right. But what happen when you in the public eye? The spotlight won't let you out. Everybody will have access to your privacy and your life and career are put in others hands. The future of it will depend on their likes or rejection. How many times all this people that has experienced a public life, has suffered the consequences of being shaped by the needs of us, a society, hungry for someone to devote or destroy. Putting all the pieces together to make someone's life as a fairy tale or as a horror movie, all because that is what we need and what we want to see of them. We need those stories to distract us from our reality and make us feel better, because sometimes we get inspired and sometimes knowing we can do better than them is better than looking into our own problems and fix them. What that says of us as a society? Consumers of stories of success and failure to make it through a life that we are afraid of call ordinary. Why can we celebrate an underdog success instead of use it to expose our own mistakes and flaws for lack of knowledge or culture ? Why we love to be one sided and only hear the part of a story that better fit us rather than the whole picture? Is this a reflection of the reality we live in or a denial about it? Why are trying to be the best at something, (profession, sport)  but at being ourselves? Why?

THE DISASTER ARTIST...ready to create a master piece?

How many times have you stopped of doing something because someone told you you are not good about it or about anything?. Or just you don't feel talented enough to pursue a dream. How many times you wish someone would be at your side to encourage you to do better and push you to take a risk and remind you, you are able to do whatever you want. In reality is not about how good we are at it but how capable we feel to make it happen. How many successful stories are right now out there from different people with different upbringings and backgrounds and they are not necessarily the best at what they do, but in some way they found the way to make it through it, like a secret recipe, sometimes all you just need is to be at the right time in the right place, or meet the right connections, to get that opportunity that might change everything and will let you prove your talent or your potential. And because success is not about being the best but being able to make your dreams come true, even if by the end wasn't what you expected to be, this is a tribute to all those who had the nerve to stand up and take that risk and chase that dream: tragicomedy "The Disaster Artist" (2017) is that movie based on another movie, using the based on a true story line to make the whole process of making a movie, a movie by itself, and the best part of it, is that the original movie is considered one of the worst movies in history ever made. That bad that is used in cinematography classes as an example of all the wrongs and not to checklist in filmmaking that first thing that might come to your mind is why should it deserve to become a story behind the story?, and actually what we get at the end is a funny, deep, unconventional tribute to friendship and courage for you to go out and chase your dreams. One that will make you uncomfortable while entertain you as an opera singer performing in the shower trying to prove what is true art.

First of all, we have to understand that being an artist is a risk, Not talking about mainstream celebrities that are used and produce as an image to sell to the masses. Real artist that are trying to find a spot a to expose their vision and make a living from it. Painters, sculptors, singers, dancers, actors, photographers, film makers, among others, all trying to bring a vision of what they call art and that can be interpreted in so many ways making them unique and some times devoted. So, find that spot where your art or product will stand up from the others and be admire for many, is a hard mix to find. So no wonder why writer, actor, director, producer James Franco, would find this story worth to tell and transform one of the worst movies ever made into one of the best stories of the year. With the talent and support of a crew full of his friends, Franco embraces the character of Tommy Wiseau, the real character behind and in front the camera that in the early 2000's presented the the greatest bad movie ever made. But fun fact, the actual story is not about Tommy, besides being charmingly and over the top performed by Franco, and of whom no one knows much about hi, where's he from?, How old is he?but of his friend Greg, the one that sold the story of the making of that movie and who was the missing piece that put all that situation in order to happen. Performed by Franco's little brother, Dave, Greg is also a young man trying to be an actor but at the acting school he only gets bad critics from his teachers because his lack of personality and driven to loose it up and embrace the character, and because he is a good looking guy seems like a lost puppy.

Reason why, one time after class he approaches Tommy, and proposes him to be partners for the next assignment, why? he asks. Well both offer something the other has. For Greg, he is a role model, someone to learn from, how to be more brave, and extrovert, not caring what people think or say, because that's Tommy Mojo's, live his live in a very unique way, being his own persona, but deep inside him he actually cares what others might think or say about him, but mostly because he feels lonely, he wants to be accepted, and that's what Greg offers to him without even noticing it, a true friendship. So once the two of them start bounding, Tommy gets more attached to Greg, as the only person that seems to care and like him the way he is. But Greg just wants to pursue his dream of being an actor, and for that reason both move together to Los Angeles, to Tommy's place, so they can go on auditions and get an agent and chase that dream, Greg's dream, and Tommy wants to please him. Even Greg is tying to have a normal life, getting a girlfriend, which puts Tommy on the side, so the next move will be make a movie for both since no one cast them, and that is how "The Room" (2013) started production. Under Tommy's own script, a story that no one knows what's about, if reflects part of his life or is just a mere excuse to pretend to b a writer and produce a movie where he'll direct and play with obviously no reason of how to do it but with money and hiring the right people everything can happen.

While we go through all the process of this production, the more we get to see about this two very different characters, and how do they perform in and out the camera. While Greg is excited about being in a major role in a movie and be part through the whole process, Tommy exposes more and more those flaws that he tries to overshadow with an eccentric personality and a very weird look. Greg becomes this friendly guy in the set that tries to help everyone and make the experience an awesome experience for the whole crew, while Tommy can't hide more his anger for all the rumors about him taking them out with the crew and acting like a spoiled brat even when he had no clue what his doing and he can't even remember his lines, more less to act or give them the punctuation needed. But he made a promise to his friend and they had been through a lot already trying to make it in an industry that just don't want them or has too many like them already. But how ca you be someone's friend if you can't be your own fan? We can relay to someone just to a limit where you are still your by own and even if sharing a dream, there always will be two different stars looking to shine in the same sky. But being an artist is hard and find your own voice is harder, specially when have no sense of direction or someone to guide you but your own spirit and willing to make it big time. Entertainment industry is a tough cookie to swallow. It will take your essence and use it for it's convenience. You might get lost in transition or you can be on top one day and go down the next day. You need to relay on yourself and people who really care about you to not let it take you to a breaking point, but how many people you have around that can call a true friend, and more importantly, do you know what a real friend means?

When trying to pursue a dream and follow your passion, things will get bad and also great moments will come but part of the package will be the attention and response to your own vision. You are you own, unique self. And in order to stand up from the rest, you have to prove it. But not everybody will recognize it and follow it. Every piece of art and everyone gets recognition and rejection. Once you put yourself out there, you'll be judge by others for better or worse. Some will follow you, other will want to destroy, for many possible reasons. But the only way to keep going and being able to shut down all that noise is to truly believe in yourself and be surrounded by people that knows you and believe in you, willing to prove that they will stand next to you no matter what and push you to succeed and help you when failure knocks your door. Because for every 10 criticism we get, we need at least one cheer so we can face up and move on. And he have a misconception of success as a synonym of popularity, wealthiness, satisfaction, that can't be more wrong that the fact of succeeding comes from the fact of accomplishment. You be rich, you can be satisfied, and you can be devoted but that won't bring happiness and recognition as the fact of being passionate about something and truth to your believes that will make you fight for what you like no matter how good you are at it, and at the end matters more if you do something that everybody know and talk about, for good or not, than something that might be remembered just for five minutes, and that as well, is what a real friend is, a true friend that makes an impact on you, shakes you, takes you out of your comfort zone while cares to about you, make you feel special and even if not always at your side, his presence will stick with you for a lifetime, and that my dear audience is a truly masterpiece.
